As I take pride in providing an efficient and reputable service, I guarantee that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will be only too happy to provide you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.
Any goods returned must be in their unused, original condition and the original packaging unopened. The cost of returning the goods will be at your expense, unless the item was sent to you in error. Once I have received the returned goods I will refund you the order value or relevant part, less postage and packing costs. Goods must be returned within 14 days after you have received them.
Should you wish to return the goods please e-mail me stating your order number, customer number (if you have one) and your name, together with your cancellation instructions. I would recommend you make sure that, when you return the goods, they are adequately insured as I am unable to refund any money for goods that I do not receive.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, without giving a reason, at anytime from the time you initially placed the order to 7 working days after receiving the goods.
If you wish to cancel or change your order after it has been confirmed but before I have despatched it, please e-mail me. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, I will refund you the total order value including postage and packing.
If the goods are not returned within 30 days of cancellation, I will arrange for a courier to collect them and the cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these returns policy.
Faulty materials: Goods will be replaced if proven faulty in manufacture but no liability will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold. I do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.
Earring Findings: I am sorry but due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept earring findings or earrings for refund. The only exception is if the findings/earrings are faulty and then I will be happy to either send a replacement or refund your money.
